For darker-colored beverages, fine crackles in the glaze (crazing) may absorb color more easily.
Before first use, we recommend soaking the piece in water or performing a simple sealing treatment (medome) to help prevent staining.

Takumi Iguchi
2022 – Studied tea culture and ceramics in his previous profession and began creating his own works.
2024 – Established his studio in Osaka and officially launched his career as a ceramic artist.
With a wide range of interests including ceramics, printmaking, and piano, Iguchi’s work reflects both his versatility and gentle character, expressing the warmth and sincerity of handcraft.
