Inokuchi Takumi
About Takumi Iguchi
Hereafter, I will be referred to as Ino-chan.
Ino-chan has a studio in Osaka City and works as an artist.
Sometimes I wonder who he is, and sometimes I think he could be anything.
He plays the violoncello with a beautiful tone while playing with his cat.
Sometimes he carves prints, and the home-cooked food he prepares is truly delicious.
(The dishes he prepares are also very tasty.)
) The tableware on the table is also a collection of works by various artists that Ino-chan himself has collected,
The various personalities are well harmonized, and his good sense shines through.
He has a soft and gentle personality, yet is inspired by old books, encounters on his travels, and what he sees and touches with his own eyes.
Inspired by what he sees and touches with his eyes
Through the filter of Inochan, what she absorbs is applied to her modern craftsmanship.
Through the filter of Inochan, he applies what he absorbs to his contemporary craftsmanship.
I feel that Ino-chan is a very expressive and dexterous person.
The works that Ino-chan creates
Her works look simple at first glance, but she makes the handles of mugs low and close to your hand so that you can hold it as soon as possible.
She also made a small jar to hold her cat's whiskers of happiness.
It is fun to hear about the origin of each piece.
And somehow, the combination of Japanese and Western styles, they fit in and harmonize with other tableware.
I feel that his gentle personality is reflected in his work.
What was the intention behind the creation of this work? I would be happy if you could enjoy this work while imagining what his intentions were.
